I have always had a passion for health and wellness. The more I learn, the more I am fascinated by how the human body works, and how we connect with it. Early on, in my hometown of Vancouver, BC, I became involved in the fitness industry as a yoga teacher, personal trainer and group exercise instructor. Massage therapy became a very natural progression for me.

After graduating from Simon Fraser University in 2005 with a degree in kinesiology, and certificates in health and fitness studies and nutrition, I decided to combine my love for yoga and travel, and explored the world teaching in various cities in Asia, Europe, and Australia. I gained invaluable experiences adapting with different cultures and people. Like life, my yoga practice has followed the many twists and turns that go with experience. I have come to realize that it is about being in the moment and embracing and accepting the unexpected, that helps us to find compassion, become more aware, and allow us to enjoy the journey.

Returning home, I moved to Edmonton and completed a 2,200-hour massage therapy diploma program at MacEwan University. With my extensive experiences, I bring a knowledgeable background to the massage industry.

I offer therapeutic and relaxation massage, and some of the modalities I use include: deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, stretching, joint mobilizations, and remedial exercise.

Regular massage treatments are a wonderful way to maintain health and relaxation in the body and mind. I invite you to develop more awareness and connection to your body and yourself through the therapeutic modality of massage, and I look forward to meeting you.
