After suffering from chronic repetitive strain injuries while swimming at a international level, I discovered massage therapy and the wonderful effects it has on an injured body. This inspired me to enrol at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in my home province of British Columbia, where I developed a deep understanding of the human body and appreciation of what massage can do for people.

In 2008 I completed my 3,000 hour diploma in BC and moved to Edmonton to be with my significant other where I started clinical practice. Since then I have been working in Edmonton, while continuing to expand my knowledge of massage and how it can benefit us all. Currently my continuing education studies are taking me deeper into the realm of Myofascial release, however I am also proficient at deep tissue massage, pre- and post- natal, relaxation, sports massage and therapeutic massage. I know from personal experience what it is like to have a chronic problem that is constantly nagging you and limiting your daily abilities. My goal is to help each of my patients reach a balance in their bodies and a better understanding of what their bodies are going through. Let’s start the journey of healing and discovery together!

I look forward to meeting you and helping you with all of your massage related needs.
